About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any messages you receive from We Buy Houses Houston after contacting us. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.

If you give us your phone number, We Buy Houses Houston may send you text messages about the property you contacted us about. If you additionally tick the marketing opt-in on one of our forms, we may send you recurring marketing messages about buying your property.

- Message frequency varies, and depends on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message sent and received.
- To stop messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation, and then no further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of any purchase, sale or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may change.
Calls and email
Submitting a form means you are asking us to get in touch about your property, so we may call or email you about it. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will — by phone, or by replying to any email.
What this website is and is not
We Buy Houses Houston is a real estate investment company. We are not real estate agents, we do not list properties on the MLS, and we do not act as your broker. We buy property directly with our own funds.

Please give us accurate information about the property. We rely on it to prepare an offer, and an offer based on inaccurate details may change or be withdrawn once we have seen the property.
